Revivae’s Rob Kaiser will be speaking at the British Columbia Arbitration and Mediation Institutes’ 2017 Symposium, on the topic of, “Coaching Conflict.”
Rob will be a panelist alongside Brenda Hooper (Vice- President of BCAMI) and Gordon White (Associate Faculty, School of Communication and Culture at Royal Roads). We’ll be exploring how coaching can be used to de-escalate crisis, build collaborative relationships, and replace unproductive behaviors with more effective skills.
Panelists will each provide a brief presentation on their own, unique model for coaching conflict. This will be followed by open discussion among all participants in a panel Q&A format facilitated by Jerome Dickey (CHRP, Agile Consulting).
